Senior’s Fitness Fun (50+)

Aerobics exercise program for our older adults for a total body (low impact) workout appropriate for any fitness level.  Classes are designed to increase flexibility, balance, joint stability, co-ordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Instructor: Jessica Samson LeBlanc, Certified Fitness Instructor Specialist – Body Basics Fitness Studio

Tuesdays and Thursdays for 8 weeks beginning April 14th until October.

9:30 am to 10:30 am

Fee: Free for members of the River Bourgeois Seniors 50+ Club.
